strives to work with customers to make the correct wig, hair piece,
hair extension selection. Due to Colorado State sanitation
regulations, that are enforced to protect the customer,
AKHAIR.COM has a NO RETURN, and a NO EXCHANGE policy.
ALL SALES FINAL and NO REFUNDS
/ NO CREDITS.
Purchases paid for
by cashier’s checks can only be made out for the exact amount of the
purchase, otherwise the cashier’s check will be returned and no
merchandise sent.
AKHAIR.COM
reserves the right to deny any sales of their product if fraud is
a suspected. No Refunds, No exchanges, ALL SALES FINAL, NO
EXCEPTIONS.
Shipping
We ship to all 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico. Sorry, International
orders cannot be filled at this time. We ship via FED EX; if FED EX
is not available in your area, we will contact you about shipping
alternatives and costs.
Please note: IF YOU WILL BE OUT
OF TOWN, PLEASE LET US KNOW WHEN TO SHIP PRODUCT SO THAT THE ITEMS
YOU ORDERED WILL ARRIVE WHEN YOU WILL BE THERE! We require
signatures.

ship Catalogs; however, web pages can be printed for your complete
selections.

Payment
methods
All prices are in
U.S. dollars. For International orders, including Canada and Mexico,
please contact us before you order. We accept
VISA and MasterCard. Your credit card will be charged when ordered
item(s) are ready to ship.
If your credit
cards is DECLINED, the items will not not shipped until approved.
AKHAIR.COM will try to contact you via email to let you know
that your credit card has been declined and to ask you how you would
like to proceed with transaction.
Cashier’s checks
accepted made out to A.K.’s Hair Studio, 743 Horizon Ct. # 105A
Grand Junction, Co 81506. Item(s) payed for by Cashier’s check are
sent out after funds have been verified by your bank.
Lost
Merchandise
In case of a
“lost” shipment, (item(s) are unable to be tracked or traced and a
report has been addressed with the shipping company) Replacement of
exact merchandise will be shipped upon the shipping company's
declaration of “lost articles”.
Cancellation
Due to our rapid
response and shipping, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of
request of product. Otherwise, the product is shipped and shopper is
charged and ALL SALES FINAL.
Back Orders
At times items are
so fashion forward and demand is so high items can become back
ordered. The shopper will be notified by email when item is
expected. The shopper is then charged for the item only when item IS
SHIPPED.
